Hi Nomads, Thank you all for your continued patience and support you have shown the NeoNomad team. We know the wait has been frustrating and we apologize for the inconvenience caused. Our team has been working around the clock to resolve the issues faced in order to bring a favourable solution to the community. We were all excited to launch our products on Friday the 8th April 2022. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, we were unable to roll out our products as desired. On Friday when we launched and opened the claiming of IDO tokens on NomadPad, we noticed that multiple people were claiming more NNI than they bought, and some people who bought more NNI were claiming less. We therefore had to halt the claiming process immediately to determine why this was happening. Our developers then identified a claiming bug that was in the minting process of the tokens itself, which in turn caused a claiming bug within the launchpad. This bug resulted in an unfair distribution of the NNI tokens. We held an emergency meeting with our team to determine the best solution and way forward that would protect the interests of each community member as well as NeoNomad. We decided on a fair and reasonable execution plan to move forward: We have decided to burn all the previous tokens we had minted, and we will airdrop all the new NNI tokens to each investor's wallet in accordance with the amount of NNI they purchased. All the previously claimed tokens will hold no value. This will not affect you or the price of NNI as XT.com is the only exchange which is live, and their deposits and withdrawals are only available from Friday 15 April 2022. We will ensure that all NomadPad IDO participants receive the newly minted NNI tokens before the deposits and withdrawals go live on XT, in order to protect your investments and to allow you to have the same financial freedom as those who participated on XT.com. In addition, our Swaps will go live this up coming week so that everyone can trade on NeoNomad Xchange. Our Staking and Yield farming products will only be released later so that we can allow the code to be audited before release. In the meantime, you will be able to stake NNI on XT.com until the audit is complete. The reason we are taking this approach is because we want to protect your investments by ensuring the release of quality products after code audit. Our plan going forward will be to release product by product after auditing. We want to thank you again for all your support, understanding, kind words and faith in our team and project.
